	Freedom Festival EIFSC Parade Float
	BBQ-Round-Up Family Fun Day Sunday June 28th 11:30-4:30pm  Club members are invited to volunteer to help with this event. Meet Lisa Recker in the lobby of the ice arena at 11am. You do NOT have to stay the entire day, come out for a couple of hours to show your EIFSC spirit. The CR Ice Arena will have 4 tables set-up: EIFSC - Frisbee golf and sidewalk chalk Learn to Skate - Craft Synchro - synchro demonstrations on the hour and temporary tattoos Hockey See Lisa Recker for additional information
	EIFSC Board Meeting The EIFSC Board Meeting is Tuesday 7/142009, 6:00pm, at AdTrack,6060 Huntington Ct. NE.  EIFSC Board meetings are open to all membership.  Agenda TBD.
	Skating Council of Illinois Symposium The Skating Council of Illinois is sponsoring a symposium entitled "The Essentials of Figure Skating Sports Science and Medicine" on July 18th at the Oakton Ice Arena in Park Ridge, IL. We are inviting coaches, parents, and skaters to attend.  See http://skatingcouncilofillinois.org/ for further information.
	IOWA Summer Games Date: Saturday, July 25 Deadline: Early Registration Deadline ($55 for the first event and $25 for each additional event) Postmark: Monday, June 29  Online: Monday, June 29 Late Registration Deadline ($60 for the first event and $25 for each additional event) Online only: Monday, July 6 Site: Ames/ISU Ice Arena 1507 Gateway Hills Park Drive Time: The competition schedule will be posted by Monday, July 13 online only at www.amesfsc.org. Please continue to check the schedule online, as changes may be announced up through July 21.  Please arrive at least an hour prior to your scheduled event, as we reserve the right to start events up to 45 minutes earlier than posted times.
